Can children really learn more advanced maths and still have fun?

Conventional ideas about the trade off between difficulty and interest in maths are wrong. Many children who naturally love numbers when they’re very young start to complain that ‘maths is boring’ in primary school and never recover their early enthusiasm. This is tragic and in part it happens because they have to do exercises they find easy over and over again.

We’ve found that the children already in Circles say it’s both harder and more fun than school maths. This has been a delightful surprise for many parents and teachers.
